Pre-Sales Engineer

BRIEF

Job Location: Jordan

Responsible for playing a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process. You will work closely with clients to design tailored solutions and present these solutions to key stakeholders. Your goal is to demonstrate the value of our technology offerings.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements, business challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to a wide range of audiences, from technical staff to C-level executives.
  • Design and architect customized solutions that align with customer needs using our product portfolio.
  • Respond to technical sections of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Build and maintain proof-of-concept (POC) environments to showcase product capabilities.
  • Act as the key technical point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on our products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

        REQUIREMENTS

        • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
        • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, technical sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
        • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
        • Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
        • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
        • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment.
