Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Expert – Jordan
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas and on a system level to service the customer, committed to delivering quality demonstrations of our software and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions and gather business and technical requirements
- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and present clear, value-driven proposals
- Prepare proposals including scope, solution design, timelines, and cost estimates
- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle (demos, proposals, client discussions)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Engineering) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Provide input on automation opportunities, integrations, and process optimization
- Continuously enhance knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in:
- Solution design and architecture (high-level).
- Gathering and documenting requirements.
- Writing and presenting proposals to clients.
- Exposure to RPA, system integrations, or automation solutions is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of automation development concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic diagramming tools.
