TSME will lead the implementation of ARIS business transformation solution from Software AG for process analysis and customer journey mapping solutions to enable the bank to elevate its processes and operations.
The agreement aims to interpret the vision of the Housing Bank through powerful solutions that will support the bank’s identity and optimize its business processes. Implementing ARIS’s business planning capabilities will enable the bank to empower its operational excellence through a seamless digital transformation journey. Customer journey mapping solutions, powered by CUBES, will seamlessly help the bank collect customer feedback and insights to fully identify customer needs and enhance its customer experience.
The signing ceremony took place at GITEX Global 2023, the world’s largest annual technology event, on the 19th of October 2023. Present at the ceremony were the Senior Manager – Digital Services of the Housing Bank Ms. Muna Malaysheh, Senior Vice President – Middle East and Türkiye of Software AG Mr. Rami Kichli, and Regional Sales Manager of TSME Mr. Firas Kanaan.
Commenting on the occasion, Housing Bank stated that the Bank Is looking forward to join hands with TSME and Software AG for a strategic partnership that supports the Bank’s objectives to apply change through cutting-edge technology.
