Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Cumulative experience of 5+ years, with at least 3+ within similar role.

• Thought leadership and technical architecture expertise specific to best practices for RPA design standards.

• Experience in end-to-end development of business processes using UiPath/Automation Anywhere with the ability to develop on Windows, mainframe, web-based browsers, etc.

• Experience implementing automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation tool design principles.

• Previous work designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, ensuring quality.

• Skill with staging and deploying the automation solution into the test and live environments and providing post-production support.

• The ability to identify and establish the technical implementation requirements in process design.

• Ability to identify problems, develop ideas and propose solutions within different situations requiring analytical, evaluative, or constructive thinking in daily work.

• Good knowledge of Relational DB, JavaScript, SOAP/REST-based API integration.

• Automation Anywhere certified is a plus.

• Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, development, and deployment of robotic and cognitive automation solutions such as RPA and chatbots.

• Develop RPA technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large global organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs.

• Utilize client-facing skills and develop solid partnerships with the team and client alike, as well as collaborate with others to exceed client expectations.

• Support client engagement teams, work with a variety of clients to deliver professional services, and support business development activities on strategic and complex services domains.

• Build smart process automation through robotics, application architecture, rationalization, and enablement, solution design at platform and architectural levels, software development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Hands-on experience in working with Automation Anywhere Control Room; including:

  1. User Management

  2. Source Control

  3. Dashboard

  4. License Management

• Hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere RPA implementation life cycle; including:

  1. Analyze and document business requirements

  2. Design, develop, and test BOT (i.e.; IQ bot, Meta bot, and Task bot)

  3. Exposure to objects, Built-in processes, control room, and publishing

  4. Create bots without needed attending mode

  5. Builds all exceptions to continue RPA process

  6. Advanced automation techniques including image recognition, recording keyboard strokes, and mouse clicks

  7. Strong knowledge of various commands, String Operation, XML, Excel and CSV commands, Error Handling, Send Email command, Delay and Wait commands, Object Cloning and Manage Web Controls, Loop Command, If command and Schedule task, Auto-login runs scheduled tasks on any time, even when the computer is locked
