Location: Jordan

The Sr. Project Manager (PM) will lead and coordinate a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. In addition, Sr. Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for timely and efficient status and progress reports and drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Qualifications Required:

▪ Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant discipline.
▪ Project Management certification is highly recommended (e.g., PMP).
▪ Cumulative experience of 5+ years, with at least 3+ within similar role.
▪ Proven track record in successfully and effectively managing and delivering projects.
▪ Diversified experience in different types of projects such as digital transformation, enterprise systems, workflow automation, robotic process automation, systems integration, etc.
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
▪ Effective leadership and management skills.
▪ Effective time management skills.
▪ Thrive under stress and tight deadlines.
▪ Fast learner that can quickly and efficiently adjust to new business and technical domains.
▪ Excellent multi-tasker.

Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and manage technology projects through the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to project closure using TSME PMO Project Management Framework.
▪ Manage and support project managers (Junior – Mid-level) by providing coaching, oversight, and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices as per the TSME project management framework.
▪ Manage, lead, and oversee multiple projects as part of program management, ensuring cohesive collaboration among all projects to achieve program objectives.
▪ Coordinate with the TSME contract department to ensure that the project’s scope of work, project milestones, and payment structure are clearly defined & documented in the contract.
▪ Develop project management plans & documents; such as; project charter, Statement of Work (SoW), project management plans including a quality management plan, communication management plan, risk, and issue management plan, stakeholder management plan, etc., and prepare project management artifacts such as stakeholder register, risk register, issues list, Project Kick-Off presentation, meeting minutes, lesson learned, work breakdown structure (WBS), etc.
▪ Coordinate with project leads to develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.
▪ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
▪ Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
▪ Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators and report project status & progress to stakeholders and senior management.
▪ Ensure that projects are delivered on time as per the contract and agreed project plan, within budget and with high-quality standards.
▪ Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met.
▪ Facilitate project-related meetings, workshops, and presentations, fostering effective communication and decision-making.
▪ Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
▪ Hands-on and experience in using different implementation approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, hybrid, etc.
▪ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve project dependencies, conflicts, and issues.
▪ Manage project team members, provide leadership and direction to project teams, and ensure that team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
▪ Manage, follow-up, and oversee the assigned activities of the project team, ensure that team members are assigned appropriate tasks, coordinate their work, and provide guidance and support to help project team members successfully complete their assigned responsibilities.
▪ Foster effective communication, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
▪ Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
▪ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
▪ Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings such as; Project Kick-Off Presentations, Weekly Progress Reports, Steering Committee Project Status Reports, etc.
▪ Ensuring project deadlines are met.
▪ Determining project changes and managing change requests by assessing the impact of the change on the schedule, cost, quality, and scope.
▪ Ensuring projects adhere to TSME project management frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
▪ Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
▪ Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
▪ Supervise the implementation of project phases and ensure quality and timely submission of project deliverables and client sign-off for each project phase.
▪ Ensure sign-off at milestones, Deliver Notes are signed and GRN is obtained from the client for invoicing purposes.
▪ Manage and facilitate project closure with clients’ key stakeholders by obtaining project sign-off for completion.
▪ Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
