Sr. Business Consultant

Location: UAE/Egypt/Jordan/KSA

The Senior Business Consultant assists project teams in delivering on a wide range of projects including, business process management and re-engineering, performance management, digital transformation, and business performance improvement engagements across different areas and industries.

Qualifications Required:

▪ Bachelor’s degree - Industrial Engineering or any related field, MBA preferred.
▪ 4-7 years of professional experience within the field of management consulting.
▪ Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
▪ Punctual in meeting project deadlines.
▪ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Logical thinker.
▪ Excellent attention to details.
▪ Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues, and clients.
▪ Listening skills and the ability to adhere to feedback.
▪ Proven ability to work in a team-orientated environment.
▪ Flexibility in working in different areas and industries in addition to multiple engagements at the same time.
▪ Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Skills. Additional but not a must: Visio, SQL, VBA, and Coding experience.
▪ Ability and thirst to learn consulting methodologies.



▪ Lead process and project work streams within BPM projects.
▪ Handle the analysis of As-Is processes and the development of process improvements and To-Be processes.
▪ Lead and provide support and back-office operation within business process management projects utilizing ARIS BPM Tool.
▪ Conduct research and background studies to assist the consulting team in the delivery of projects.
▪ Develop deliverable presentations and run workshops.
▪ Implement business process management and performance management methodologies.
▪ Conduct process migration into ARIS Business Designer based on client documentation or feedback.
▪ Conduct requirement gathering workshops and current situation process gathering workshops.
▪ Conduct convention definition workshops for the BPM ARIS tool including defining process hierarchy and structure.
▪ Develop GAP analysis and improvement catalogs for assigned business streams.
▪ Design To-Be business processes for assigned business streams.
▪ Maintain ARIS models within the database and apply changes, formats, and templates to existing ARIS models.
▪ Ability to deliver ARIS training and awareness sessions.
▪ Ability to develop ARIS technical and BRD documents as well as designated training materials.
▪ Supervise junior consulting resources within the project.
▪ Review deliverables and outcomes of junior consultants.
▪ Attend client meetings and assist in the workshops including preparation of deliverables, presentation material, and notes.
▪ Format and develop presentations according to company guidelines.
▪ Conduct desktop research on multiple subjects depending on project needs and requirements.
▪ Perform miscellaneous project/work-related duties as assigned.
