Qualifications Required:

• Proven 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• High Knowledge of process documentation/ modeling tools.
• Ability to pay persistent attention to details while maintaining a strategic view of the situation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiar with software testing, and user acceptance testing techniques.
• Ability to review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Ability to use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, and personal strengths and address development areas.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects.
• Working knowledge of/experience with software development methodologies in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Excellent Arabic and English language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between multiple business units and technology teams to provide business input throughout a project, from the initial stages to the implementation of the solution.
• Communicate with stakeholders, to develop clear requirements, and act as a connection point between technology specialists and business end users to facilitate the design and modification of systems to realize business strategies.
• Requirements elicitation and analysis, documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform continuous reviews to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement, to align processes with changing business conditions and new products and service offerings.
• Prepare and maintain clear and detailed documentation which gives a clear description of how processes should function in the ideal environment, from which technology applications and solutions can be developed.
• Work with UX/UI team to come up with the prototype of the product to enable businesses and end-users to visualize the final product.
• Work with the Quality team to ensure that the developed product meets client’s expectations.
