Location: UAE/KSA

Lead a team of consultants to oversee the support and services provided to clients. Set expectations and ensure all consultants are meeting standards to ensure client satisfaction. Analyze organizational operations and develop strategies to improve efficiency, increase revenue, or meet other high-priority objectives.

Qualifications Required:

  • University degree (BSc or BEng or MEng) preferably in Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 9-13 years of professional experience within the field of management consulting with a proven record in Business Process Management engagements.

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

  • Punctual in meeting project deadlines, Analytical and, problem-solving skills, Logical and strategic thinker, and Excellent attention to detail.

  • Issue management and decision-making skills.

  • Ability and thirst to learn consulting methodologies.

  • Excellent understanding of BPM and its application (GAP Analysis and Improvement Potentials).

  • Strong team management skills.

  • Solid project management skills.

  • Strong understanding of Lean Concepts, and Six Sigma. Preferred to include ISO certification requirements and knowledge of ERP solutions.

  • Awareness of RPA, IoT, AI, and their application within process areas.

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues, and clients.

  • Listening skills and the ability to adhere to feedback.

  • Proven ability to work in a team-orientated environment.

  • Flexibility in working in different areas and industries in addition to multiple engagements at the same time.

  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project Skills. Preferred but not a must: ARIS, Visio, SQL, VBA, and Coding experience.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead entire process and project streams within BPM projects’ target operating models.

  • Handle the analysis of As-Is processes and the development of process improvements and To-Be processes.

  • Review deliverables from all project team members.

  • Develop deliverable structures and lead assigned projects and ensure successful delivery.

  • Manage the ARIS BPM tool environment and development of the conventions to be followed by all team members.

  • Handle client expectations and manage the client relationship.

  • Develop and run workshops and deliverable presentations.

  • Decision maker for project details and delivery.

  • Implement business process management and performance management methodologies.

  • Manage project delivery and client relationship.

  • Develop project plans and schedules and any related project management documents.

  • Conduct project progress and steering committee meetings.

  • Supervise senior and junior consulting resources within the project.

  • Review deliverables and outcomes of senior and junior consultants.

  • Develop deliverable structures and templates in coordination with client requirements.

  • Drive client meetings and workshops including preparation of deliverables, presentation material, and notes.

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and current situation process gathering workshops.

  • Develop convention manuals for the BPM ARIS tool including defining process hierarchy and structure.

  • Lead the GAP analysis activities within projects and conduct GAP Analysis and recommendations for assigned business streams.

  • Design target operating models for organizations.

  • Lead the design of the To-Be business processes and design To-Be processes for assigned business streams.

  • Maintain ARIS models within the database and apply changes, formats, and templates to existing ARIS models.

  • Format and develop presentations according to company guidelines.

  • Conduct desktop research on multiple subjects depending on project needs and requirements.

  • Perform miscellaneous project/work-related duties as assigned.
