Junior Presales Specialist
Location: Jordan
Responsible for playing a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process. You will work closely with clients to design tailored solutions and present these solutions to key stakeholders. Your goal is to demonstrate the value of our technology offerings.
Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree - Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.

2-3 years of professional experience.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

Strong understanding of technology solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Proficiency in creating technical documentation and proposals.
-
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.

Business domains (RPA, integrations, low code platform, cloud solutions).
-
Tools (Software AG WebMethods, Automation Anywhere, Outsystems, Azure).
Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in client meetings, providing in-depth knowledge of our technology solutions and how they address specific client needs.

Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and propose tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, gather technical requirements, and provide consultative guidance on best-fit solutions.

Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, solution architecture, and implementation plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including (Sales, delivery and engineering, Marketing, and product management) teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of proposed solutions.
