Business Consultant

Location: UAE / Jordan / Egypt / KSA

The Business Consultant assists project teams in delivering on a wide range of projects including, business process management and re-engineering, performance management, digital transformation, and business performance improvement engagements across different areas and industries.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree - Industrial Engineering or any related field.

  • 1-2 years of professional experience within the field of management consulting.

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

  • Punctual in meeting project deadlines.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Logical thinker.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues, and clients.

  • Listening skills and the ability to adhere to feedback.

  • Proven ability to work in a team-orientated environment.

  • Flexibility in working in different areas and industries in addition to multiple engagements at the same time.

  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Skills. Additional but not a must: Visio, SQL, VBA, Coding experience

  • Ability and thirst to learn consulting methodologies.



  • Provide support and back-office operation within business process management projects utilizing ARIS BPM Tool.

  • Conduct research and background studies to assist the consulting team in the delivery of projects.

  • Assist in the development of presentations.

  • Learn business process management and performance management methodologies.

  • Conduct process migration into ARIS Business Designer based on client documentation or feedback from Senior Consultants.

  • Apply changes, formats, and templates to existing ARIS models.

  • Attend client meetings with the Senior Consultants and/or Managers and assist in the workshops including the preparation of notes.

  • Format and develop presentations according to company guidelines.

  • Conduct desktop research on multiple subjects depending on project needs and requirements.

  • Define initiatives, projects, and milestones within the ARIS system.

  • Define classifications according to customer requirements.

  • Perform miscellaneous project/work-related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to handle workstreams with the manager or Sr consultant support.
