Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Expert – Jordan

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas and on a system level to service the customer, committed to delivering quality demonstrations of our software and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Conduct discovery sessions and gather business and technical requirements
  • Design end-to-end solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and present clear, value-driven proposals
  • Prepare proposals including scope, solution design, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle (demos, proposals, client discussions)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Engineering) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Provide input on automation opportunities, integrations, and process optimization
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Solution design and architecture (high-level).
  • Gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Writing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Exposure to RPA, system integrations, or automation solutions is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of automation development concepts is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic diagramming tools.
