Job Summary
The Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This position involves managing a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and enhances brand visibility.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage and curate marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media graphics, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
- Track and analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Contribute to the development and execution of public relations initiatives and influencer marketing campaigns, enhancing the company’s public image.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning, adapting strategies as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, as well as experience with content management systems and social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing innovative marketing solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strong ability to stay agile and adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
