Procurement Officer – Jordan
Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer will support the purchasing and sourcing activities of the company by ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine best value.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
- Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
